Event 01 · Movement & Modeling
Raising Champions
A fun, high-energy family event designed to help dads and children move, connect, compete, and celebrate healthy living together. A direct follow-up to the Legacy of Health workshop — turning what was taught at the conference into real habits.
Event Schedule
- 9:00 AM — Arrival & Check-In
- 9:15 – 10:15 AM — Father-Child Athletic Drills with Sam Braxton (SB Performance): dynamic warm-ups, bodyweight challenges, parent-child movement drills, and team games (ages 6+)
- 10:30 – 11:30 AM — Daddy Olympics Exhibition: Diapering Relay, Swaddling Challenge, Infant Car Seat Challenge, and active fatherhood competitions for all ages
- 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM — Awards & Family Cool-Down: family-friendly yoga and stretch session led by Phoenix

An interactive workshop on the connection between healthy eating, energy, and family performance. Fathers leave with affordable meal ideas, practical fueling tips, and the confidence to feed their families well.

Generations of Strength — Healthy Relationships Across Generations
This workshop is about transformation, not information. Fathers move beyond survival mode and into intentional, healthy living. Each man leaves with a personalized roadmap for stronger relationships, calmer homes, and a healthier version of himself.
